Who is eligible for help

  • You may not own or drive a vehicle.
  • You may be frail, elderly, isolated or have a disability.
  • You may not have access to transport.
  • You may need to attend a medical appointment and have been advised that you cannot drive home.
  • Family or friends who usually assist you are unavailable.
  • You may be temporarily transport disadvantaged for other reasons



New clients who apply to use the service will be asked to provide some personal information which will be confidential.

New Car in Our Fleet


The 8th vehicle in our fleet is a brand new Volkswagen Caddy, and it is equipped to seat 5 passengers and a wheelchair.

With rear access via the ramp, our clients with mobility equipment can get in and out easily to their appointments.

The network car service is available 5 days a week locally and to Adelaide.                                                                                                                        
Transport to medical and specialist appointments, shopping centres, hairdressers, banks, chemists, visiting friends, or attending functions.

Wheelchair Access

The Network bus provides:
Quick and easy entry for the wheelchair passenger through the rear access ramp. 

Trips include:

  • Medical and specialist appointments
  • Shopping
  • Visiting family or friends


Veterans Affairs

If you are a Veterans Affairs gold cardholder you may be entitled to Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) transport. Or alternatively you may be entitled to reimbursement for your contribution towards transport through DVA.
Please contact the Department for Veterans Affairs if you have any queries.

Medical Bus Service

The Network provides a service that runs 4 days per week to any metropolitan medical or specialist rooms. (No service on public holidays)
Door to door service can be arranged.

Appointments must be made between 10am – 2pm (No service on Thursday)

Patient Assistance Transport Scheme (PATS) clients using this service may be eligable for reimbursement please contact the office for further details.

Community Shopping Bus

Travels from Riverton to Clare (via Burra)
Every 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month

Travels from Burra then to Clare  
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday.

(No service on a Public Holiday).

It is important to pre book a seat on the Bus.

All consumer complaints will be handled respectfully, confidentially and without retribution.
